Ian has more than 20 years of experience as a strategist, project developer, program director, interim-manager, analyst, dialogue facilitator, and lecturer. He has worked in more than thirty countries in Europe, North America, Latin America, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. Ian has an extensive international high-level network within governments, private companies, research organizations, and NGOs, from which he is able to gain support when necessary. He is also able to mobilize this network to quickly pull together high-quality teams when these are required to get a job done.
